Isuzu engine: through improving the ventilation condition of radiator, increase the amount of heat-insulation sponge to improve the air flow, adjust the warning point of water temperature, etc. the phenomenon of work deficiency caused by warning on water temperature in summer time.

Improvement of Oil Return Pipe in the Hydraulic System:
Through improving the design of hydraulic oil tank, enlarging the diameter of oil return pipe, and installing additional oil return filter, the test result is good, and it eliminates the hidden troubles thoroughly.
　
Improvement Solution of SC220 Excavator Matching with Hydraulic Breaker:
Through investigation and argumentation, we improve the welding solution of boom and arm to increase the intensity and avoid accidents.
　　
Trial Production of Matching with Cummins EuroⅡ Engine:
To satisfy the requirements of Europe guests, we have finished the trial production of installing the optional EuroⅡ engine on the SC220 excavator. And through several times of improvements, we have met the requirements of mass production. We have passed the test of Cummins manufacturer and achieved the designed effect. And we also gained the CE certificate. The products have been exported to Sweden, which lay the foundation for the products to enter European-America markets.

Improvement on the Slewing Motor of SC220 Hydraulic Excavator:
According to the market feedback, the slewing motor of SC220 may get the slewing reductor damaged after 1000 hr's operation, which is less than the designed service life. We readjust the slewing motor and slewing support and adopt the M5X180 slewing motor to intensify the strength of slewing system and improve the service life fundamentally without regulating the performance parameters and the work efficiency.

A. 220, 130 excavator has been equipped with quick-hitch device and other special attachments according to the requirements of Australia customers and the products have been exported to Australia at a large amount.

B. We have optimized the WZ-2 electric circuit to improve the anti-interference ability and the water temperature display function.

C. As the price of materials continues to rise and so is the oil price, customers raise higher requirements on the fuel economy. We have made complete upgrade on existing SC220 E models and adopt Cummins EuroⅡ engine of higher emission standard and better fuel economy; and adopt automatic lubrication system which shortens the down time and ensures the lubrication effect.

H. 22T, 23T, 33T excavator boom joints adopt forging steel structure, which eliminates the effect on the service life of structural parts caused by welding defect and improves the reliability of the machine.

J. The machine is equipped with pre-cleaner, improving the air cleaning effect and prolongs the service life and maintenance interval of the air cleaner.
